This Privacy Policy explains how HI RANK MARKETING LTD. ("we", "us"), registered in British Columbia, Canada, collects and uses personal information when you visit kit.wutong.org (the "Site") or buy the Wutong B2B Website Starter Kit.

1. Information we collect

• Order information. When you buy, Paddle.com (our Merchant of Record) collects your name, email address, country, billing details and payment information. Paddle shares with us your name, email address, country and order details. We never receive or store your full card or payment account details.
• Emails you send us. If you contact us, we keep your email address and the content of your message so we can reply.
• Technical data. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes basic technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, to deliver and protect the Site. We do not use advertising trackers on this Site.

2. How we use it

• to deliver the Product: create your website copy and send you the login details and guides;
• to answer your support questions and process refund requests;
• to keep records required for accounting, tax and legal purposes;
• to prevent fraud and abuse.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not send you marketing emails unless you have agreed to receive them.

3. Who we share it with

We share personal information only with service providers that help us deliver the Product:

• Paddle.com — checkout, payment processing, tax and invoicing, as Merchant of Record. See Paddle's Privacy Policy.
• InstaWP — creates and temporarily hosts your website copy. Your email address is used to set up the copy.
• OttoKit — automation that connects your completed order to the delivery process.
• Cloudflare — hosting and security for this Site.
• Our email provider — to send and receive emails.

These providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States, Canada and the European Union. We rely on their contractual and legal safeguards for these transfers.

4. Cookies

This Site does not set advertising or analytics cookies. When you open the checkout, Paddle.js may set cookies that are necessary for payment and fraud prevention. See Paddle's Privacy Policy for details.

5. How long we keep it

• Your website copy on InstaWP is deleted automatically after 7 days.
• Order records are kept for as long as required by tax and accounting law (generally up to 7 years).
• Support emails are kept for as long as needed to help you, and then deleted.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under Canada's PIPEDA, the EU/UK GDPR or California law), you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, to object to or restrict its use, and to receive a copy of it. To make a request, email support@wutong.org. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

7. Children

The Product is intended for businesses and is not directed at children under 16.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
