1. About us

This website, kit.wutong.org (the "Site"), is operated by HI RANK MARKETING LTD., a company registered in British Columbia, Canada ("we", "us", "our"). 梧桐小讲堂 is a brand of HI RANK MARKETING LTD. You can contact us at support@wutong.org.

By purchasing or using the Wutong B2B Website Starter Kit (the "Product"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions, our Refund Policy and our Privacy Policy.

2. Our reseller: Paddle

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries related to payment and handles returns, and is responsible for payment processing, sales tax / VAT, invoicing and order-related customer service. Your purchase is also subject to Paddle's Buyer Terms.

3. The Product

The Product is a digital product: a pre-built WordPress website template for B2B (business-to-business) inquiry websites. It includes page templates, site structure and configuration, and written usage guides. The price is US$9.90 (one-time payment), shown on the Site before checkout. Applicable taxes are calculated by Paddle at checkout.

The Product is a ready-made digital product. It does not include website building, content entry, design customization, hosting, maintenance or any other work performed on your behalf.

4. Delivery

1. After your payment is completed, a private copy of the website is created automatically on InstaWP, a third-party WordPress hosting platform, and the login details are sent to the email address you used at checkout.
2. You must migrate the website to your own hosting within 7 days using the migration tool provided by InstaWP. Instructions are included in the delivery email.
3. After 7 days, the copy on InstaWP is deleted automatically and cannot be recovered. Websites you have already migrated to your own hosting are not affected.
4. Elementor Pro and Blocksy Pro come pre-installed in the website copy, without license keys. After migrating the website to your own hosting, you purchase your own licenses and activate them on your website, following the guides. No reinstallation is needed.

Some payment methods (for example WeChat Pay or Alipay) may take longer to confirm. Delivery starts once the payment is confirmed. If you have not received the delivery email within 24 hours of a confirmed payment, please contact us.

5. What you need to provide

To use the Product you need, at your own cost:

• WordPress-compatible web hosting and a domain name;
• Valid licenses for Elementor Pro and Blocksy Pro, purchased directly from their vendors.

6. Third-party software

The Product was designed with Elementor Pro and Blocksy Pro, which come pre-installed in the website. These third-party plugins are distributed under the GNU General Public License (GPL). The Product does not include any license or license key for any third-party plugin or theme. You must purchase licenses directly from the plugin vendors to receive updates and support, and to edit and add features that require the premium versions. Third-party prices shown on the Site are for reference only and are set by their vendors.

Free third-party components included in the website (for example the Blocksy theme, the free Elementor plugin and a free SEO plugin) are distributed under their own licenses, such as the GNU General Public License (GPL). Nothing in these Terms restricts your rights under those licenses.

We do not provide licenses, updates or technical support for any third-party plugin or theme. For those, please contact the vendor you bought the license from.

Guides delivered after purchase may contain referral links to third-party vendors. If you buy through those links we may earn a commission, at no extra cost to you.

7. License to use the Product

The designs, layouts, configuration, text and guides created by us remain our intellectual property. When you purchase the Product, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it for 1 website owned by you or your company. You may modify the website for that one site.

You may not:

• use one purchase on more than 1 website;
• resell, sublicense, share, transfer or redistribute the Product or any part of it, whether modified or not;
• offer the Product, or websites derived from it, as a template or theme for others to use.

If you receive a refund, this license ends and you must stop using the Product.

8. Product support

For 3 months after purchase, you can email support@wutong.org with questions about using the Product (for example activation, migration and the steps in the guides). Support does not cover design changes, new features, content entry, hosting problems or third-party plugins beyond their use in the Product.

9. Refunds

You can request a full refund within 30 days of purchase, no questions asked. See our Refund Policy.

10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Product is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that it will be compatible with every hosting environment or future versions of WordPress or third-party software, or that it will produce any particular business result. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Product is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of data, profits or business. You are responsible for backing up your website.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable there. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
