Who processes the refund

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Refunds are issued by Paddle to your original payment method. The time it takes for the money to reach your account depends on your bank or payment provider.

After a refund

Once a refund is issued, your license to use the Product ends and you must stop using it and delete any copies, as described in our Terms and Conditions.

Third-party licenses
